If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, for a refund or exchange.

Please return your purchase in its original packing material together with the paperwork that you received with your order, together with a covering letter explaining whether you would like a refund or exchange.

If the goods are faulty please contact us for  a refund for postage and state whether you would like a replacement.

Refunds will be made through the same means as payment was made unless this is impossible.
Goods ordered through Paypal will be refunded through Paypal.

Efforts are made for the postage to reflect a fair price for postage and packaging and refunds may be made in some cases where actual  postage is far far less than we have  charged. 
Although or course at times we lose out, so we can not refund small amounts.
